The tour runs rain or shine. It is cancelled in advance only if a flood or hurricane warning is issued by the National Weather Service.
Refunds
No refund for cancellations requested within 48 hours of the tour start time, for any reason. No refund for no-shows.
Rescheduling
If you cannot make the tour, you can reschedule your booking. A 50% rescheduling fee per booking applies if requested within 48 hours before the tour starting time.
