What is your cancellation policy ?
NO REFUNDS will be permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled departure. See our full cancellation policy.
Where is the pick up location?
The pick up location is a CWXX+5JH Norte Shopping Center, C. Marg Baldorioty, San Juan, 00911, Puerto Rico. When putting in the address it’s important to make sure when using apps like uber that you pick the option that says north shopping center .If not you will end up at the wrong plaza Loiza.

What happens if a tour is canceled due to bad weather?
The tour gets canceled in advance only if there is a storm or a flooding warning issued by the National Weather Service. If a tour is canceled by the tour operator due to poor weather, you will be offered an alternative date to reschedule or a full refund. Otherwise, our tour operates “rain or shine”; we recommend coming prepared for our tropical weather conditions. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our travelers and will provide timely updates if changes are necessary
What should participants bring on tour?
Sun screen wet shoes/ hiking shoes for all rain forest tours we provide.
Bring a water proof case for your phone to take photos while on tour.Participants should also bring 2 towels to dry off, cash for food at the beach and a light snack.
What if I'm running late?
The tour will start sharp at the scheduled time.Please make time for heavy traffic, possible cancellations of Ubers and the possibility of getting loss. Always plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early before a scheduled tour. Remember preparation is key. Please take time the day before to look at our address provided for pick up.We do not Provide refunds if you miss your tour. If there is availability we may be able to re schedule you at the cost of 60% off your original booking.
Can I bring phones, cameras on tour?
Yes you can but it is very important that your bring a water proof case or bag for all electronic devices so that you do not damage them
What shoes should I wear?
Hiking shoes or water shoes closed toe.
Do i Need to Know how to swim?
THough it is highly recommended to be able to know how to swim, your guide will provide a life vest. Mandatory for any tour we provide that involves swimming.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Each tour we provide has a different level of physicality needed to complete. In the tour description please always check our minimum age to participate on each tour. Also use good judgment for yourself as well as fellow friends and family members before booking a tour.You can always reach out to staff via email for advice
What happen if it rains?
Our tours run in rain and sunshine only unless there is a severe weather your guide will decide if your the tour will be canceled
