Weather, Cancellations, and Refunds

Weather Policy
The tour generally operates rain or shine. However, Bunny Hop Tours may cancel an excursion when severe weather or other unsafe conditions make the activities unsafe. This includes a flood or hurricane warning issued by the National Weather Service.

Severe Weather Refunds

If Bunny Hop Tours cancels the tour because of severe weather or unsafe conditions, guests will be eligible for a refund.
Light rain or ordinary weather conditions do not automatically qualify for a refund. Guest and guide safety remains the priority.

Guest Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour start time are nonrefundable.
Guests who do not arrive for the tour are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
A 50% rescheduling fee per booking applies to requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour start time.
