Welcome to Bunny Hop Tours. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your bookings for tours and excursions offered by Bunny Hop Tours in Puerto Rico. By using our website or booking a tour, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Bookings must be made by an individual who is at least 18 years old. A parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult must make or supervise bookings for minors when required. Guests must meet the minimum age, physical ability, and other participation requirements listed for their selected tour.
2. Reservations and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information, participant details, and any other requested booking information.
Tour prices, inclusions, meeting locations, schedules, and other details will be provided on the relevant tour page or booking confirmation. Any applicable additional charges will be disclosed where required.
3. Guest Responsibilities and Safety
Guests must follow all instructions provided by tour guides and Bunny Hop Tours staff, comply with applicable laws, and behave respectfully toward other guests, guides, and the environment.
Bunny Hop Tours may refuse or discontinue a guest’s participation when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or serious misconduct, subject to applicable law and the relevant refund policy.
4. Physical Requirements and Participation
Our tours may involve hiking, uneven or slippery terrain, rocks, swimming, natural water slides, river crossings, climbing, and other physical activities. Some activities may require balance, stamina, and confidence in natural outdoor environments.
Guests are responsible for reviewing the tour description, difficulty level, age restrictions, and physical requirements before booking. If a guest cannot participate because they do not meet the advertised requirements or are unable to complete the activity, a refund is not guaranteed and will be subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
5. Outdoor Risks and Participation Waiver
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, changing water levels, slippery rocks, weather changes, and other hazards associated with natural environments.
Guests must exercise caution and follow guide instructions. Bunny Hop Tours may require guests to sign a separate participation waiver before taking part in certain activities. Any waiver or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Late Arrivals, Missed Departures, and Flight Disruptions
Late Arrivals and Missed Departures
Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Guests should allow sufficient time for traffic, parking, and other travel delays.
Tours may depart at the scheduled time, and Bunny Hop Tours is not required to wait for late guests, return for guests who miss departure, arrange alternative transportation, or guarantee that a late guest can join the tour later.
Guests who miss a tour departure or fail to appear at the designated meeting point will generally not receive a refund. Contacting Bunny Hop Tours about a delay does not guarantee that the tour will be held or that alternative arrangements can be made. Any alternative arrangements may involve additional costs.
Flight Delays and Cancellations
Bunny Hop Tours is not responsible for missed tours due to flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or other airline-related disruptions. Refunds will not be issued for tours missed for these reasons. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. This provision is subject to applicable law.
7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of the booking terms.
Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour may qualify for a refund, subject to the applicable booking terms and law. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are generally nonrefundable. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booking amount and are subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
No-shows and missed departures are generally nonrefundable. Flight delays, cancellations, and missed connections are addressed in Section 6 above.
If Bunny Hop Tours cancels a tour because of severe weather or unsafe conditions, refunds will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law. Ordinary rain alone does not automatically qualify a guest for a refund.

8. Weather and Safety Decisions
Tours may proceed in ordinary rain when conditions are considered safe. Bunny Hop Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an activity when severe weather, dangerous water conditions, official warnings, closures, emergencies, or other safety concerns make it necessary.
Guests must follow all safety instructions and accept that outdoor conditions can change. Refunds or alternative arrangements for operator-initiated cancellations will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. Website Use and Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and other materials, is owned by Bunny Hop Tours or used with permission unless otherwise indicated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this material without authorization.
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or misuse website content.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website or booking process may link to third-party websites, booking platforms, payment processors, or other services. These services may have their own terms, privacy practices, and policies.
Bunny Hop Tours is not responsible for the independent practices or content of third-party services, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded. Guests should review any applicable third-party terms before using those services or completing a booking.
11. Privacy
We may collect and use personal information necessary to manage bookings, communicate with guests, process payments through applicable providers, and operate our business. Our handling of personal information is explained in our separate Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Tours take place in natural and outdoor environments and may involve risks that cannot be completely eliminated. Guests must exercise reasonable care, follow guide instructions, and assess their ability to participate.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bunny Hop Tours disclaims liability for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These terms do not replace any separate participation waiver, insurance requirements, or safety procedures that may apply to a tour.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, guests may be responsible for losses or claims resulting from their unlawful conduct, intentional misconduct, or material violation of these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this section imposes responsibility where it would be prohibited by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
Bunny Hop Tours may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law. The terms applicable to a particular booking may also be affected by the terms presented at the time of purchase.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of Puerto Rico and applicable federal law. Disputes will be handled through the courts or other legal processes with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any nonwaivable consumer rights.
